This hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The staff are friendly and provide excellent service, offering helpful recommendations and arranging trips to popular tourist destinations in Egypt. The location is superb, situated in a quiet area yet very close to the main shopping areas. The rooms are basic but comfortable, with the added bonus of a private balcony. And to top it all off, breakfast is included in the stay.
All was satisfactory.

Great location near the museum and public transportation. the breakfast was included and the rooms were equipped with private showers. the staff was friendly and helpful whenever asked for recommendations.
Very low-quality rooms, more like a hostel. the bedclothes were cheap, and the rooms were incredibly small.

Good Hotel for family and for someone going for Ziyarat of Imam Husain as It is 7 minutes away from Ras Mubarak and and same distance to Zainab as
Needs staircase Its very boring waiting for the lift. Please dont ask the Hotel to book a ride on the cruise. They will charge you the rates but will not send to the best cruise. Bathroom of the Suite is very very small.

I stayed in a hotel located in a quiet area, but it was still very close to the main shopping areas in the city center. the location was perfect for visiting the pyramids, as it was easily accessible. the room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was well-maintained. the service provided by the staff was excellent, with everyone being friendly and helpful. the breakfast served was delicious and there was a variety of options. the hotel also had a rooftop restaurant with a great view of the city.
That there was no airport pick-up service available.

Good Average Hotel Value for your money With a good staff and cleanliness and the breakfast was really good
Requires a staircase. Got bored waiting for the Lift to take up and down 11 floors. Dont ask the Hotel staff to book a ride on the cruise . They will send to the most disgusting Cruise on the Nile!!

The terrace, where breakfast is served, has nice views over the city.
Everything in the room was cheap and old. For instance, our bed frame was made of rustic wood strips and they were loose! A couple of them fell off during the night (without any strange movements) waking us up and forced us to try to mend it! At 2 A.m!...

I stayed at this hotel twice during my time in Egypt and I was extremely impressed. the price was unbeatable, especially considering that breakfast was included. The attention to detail was impeccable, with the cleaning staff even leaving decorative towel details on the bed. The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore the main shopping areas and visit iconic landmarks such as The Citadel and the pyramids. Additionally, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting with planning excursions and making sure I had a comfortable stay. I also appreciated the basic amenities provided in the rooms, including a private balcony.
No aspects that need improvement.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. It is located right in the center of this city and in a quiet area, but very close to the main shopping areas. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was really good. The staff was helpful and friendly. the breakfast served on the terrace had nice views over the city.
Couldn't find any faults at all.

We recently stayed in a budget hotel for a romantic escape and were surprised by the good service and convenience it offered. We enjoyed the clean and comfortable room and the fact that it had a mini-fridge and free Wi-Fi. We were pleasantly surprised to find the hotel was located in a quiet area near many restaurants and shops, making it easy to explore the local scene.
We did feel that the hotel was slightly outdated and had some minor maintenance issues, such as an old and noisy air conditioning unit. we felt that the breakfast offered was not of the best quality and could have been better.
